Single or Double Chop seasoned and broiled. Mango chutney, citrus rice pilaf and fresh vegetable.

ENCRUSTED HALIBUT
Halibut rolled in Romano and Parmesan cheese and baked. Served with a lime Beurre blanc, garlic mashed potato and fresh vegetable.

VOODOO SHRIMP
Sautéed Gulf shrimp in spices and herbsCitrus rice pilaf and fresh sautéed spinach.

CHILI RUBBED SIRLOIN STEAK
Key lime hollandaise sauce, trio of fresh root vegetable, garnished with chili fried jicama.

MATTY'S MEATLOAF
Traditional: with garlic mashed potato, wild mushroom demi and fresh vegetable. The Stacker: with layers of garlic mashed potatoes, red pepper sauce and chili fried jicama.

BROILED GLAZED SALMON
Your choice of maple or miso glazed salmon. Citrus rice pilaf and fresh vegetables.

STUFFED BREAST OF CHICKEN   Goat cheese and roasted garlic served on a Margherite sauce. Garlic mashed and fresh vegetable.

PENNE PASTA ROSA
Trio of sausage: sweet Italian, mild Italian and andouille, tossed with penne pasta in a Rosa sauce. Garnished with sautéed spinach.

Blue corn chips with Cheddar cheese, onion, tomato, black olives, lettuce, mango salsa and sour cream. Choose Jerk chicken or beef.

WALLEYE CRAB CAKES
Finely seasoned Walleye and crab
meat sautéed with onion and celery.
Served with a Remoulade sauce.
